Thank you! Don't know if it was the agent or just looking to save some money. I think once you pay those kinds of premiums saving several thousand for the same coverage sounds pretty good.

You probably can. The problem with WL is that it doesn't start to look really good until you have had it a few years.

Be very careful how you word things because you're not competing with the "same" coverage. You're offering something different. I would make that very clear to this person. This is how agents get sued. You don't think once that replacement notice hits the NYL guy won't be back? If this client says you sold him the "same" coverage and he shows the NYL guy what you sold and it's not the "same", that the NYL life guy won't point that out in a nanosecond?

You're going to be in competition with that NYL agent. Count on it.

I couldn't agree more lol! Just met w the guy. It's actually a lot smaller than he said. He had another WL he's had for a while. We're going to discuss that one next appointment.
