So is Gen-X. They just prefer that relationship to be email/text-based.

I talk on the phone following up, writing business, checking in, etc. My relationships mostly prefer email/text though.

No right or wrong way...just gotta serve our demographics with what they prefer.

Totes.. personally, I like email... and seniors are more comfortably with tech at 65.. but they're still a verbal communication bit.

I use ringless voice mail and it's been effective for me especially working aged leads. Saves me a lot of time to focus on fresh leads.
