Rx Drug Plans

I've got a client female 61yrs old. Some pre-existing conditions. She is asking about a straight Rx plan, not a full IM policy. Anything that I have to offer would be a full IM plan with Rx benefits.
Any suggestions as to where a plan such as this would be?
I'm asking here instead of just googleing because I can get some good experienced answers here.
