Setting Appointments or Just Pitch and Try to Close on the Phone?

If your selling to seniors, go f2f. It's daytime work and these people are generally home. If they are not, just go back again. I promise you you"ll get them; they do live there.

I'm still doing f2f with seniors, but I'd like to start selling over the phone. It seems like a more efficient use of time. The older seniors don't use computers and are more comfortable with a hand shake f2f, but the younger ones are computer savvy, so it may be time to transition.
