We just lost our contract with them because we didn't do enough production. At one time we did, but then they started "making things better". They want to be a go-to company, but they just won't do what it takes for that. They are a niche company at best anymore. Sure, they raised renewals and all, but none of that matters if you have a product that isn't competitive and the UW keeps knocking your clients down to Silver or even Bronze.

Like JD kept saying, we need companies that make our job easier, not harder.

Settlers is like Microsoft. Every time they "make something better"....they screw it up!!!
