1. High Converting/High Payout traffic + low search volume works fine. I have an auto ins site that get's about 300 organic searches/mo, and makes about $10/visitor, because the avg payout is $13/click. Compare that to a health ins site, that get's about $2/click, u would have to get about 7x the amount of traffic the auto site gets to make the same $$.
2. Def copy competitors backlinks.

Copying competitor backlinks is a good method for building links. Age of domain is important too.
