Anyone ever run into these? Recovering addicts are enrolled in a 12 step program...very strict rules. They are referred directly from a medical facility and placed in these group homes with a house manager. They must work, pay rent and follow all house rules. Who in the heck will insure something like this?

That's a high risk biz. A friend of mine had a few half-way houses and she sold them after a few guys "died" in the homes. It happens, all the time in these places. Insurance must be outrageous.
