Here's a hypothetical for you.

Someone has 2022 coverage on the marketplace. They start filling out the 2023 app and forget about it, so they never get to the end where you get your eligibility results. As a result, they never get to the part where you can select a plan.

Does that person's plan renew as is or are they disenrolled from their plan for not finishing the application? If they are disenrolled, could they remove the 2023 app and have their current coverage renew as is?

I would think it'd auto renew.

The 2022 plan will automatically renew. The 2023 app will be void until they pick a plan.
