If I didn't have RNA in my bag, which I don't, Id write him with whatever I could, and move on to the next one. If he won't fit with my top 2 or three I'd write him a Gerber. I have found that drug addicts don't pay all that well over time.
While your spending time shopping him around or getting set up with RNA, you could be writing two or three good apps, that have a far better chance of staying on the books. Just my two cents worth.

I love Trinity. I'm finding cases were your much better going a phone app than an eapp with dual purpose drugs . They can ask the client to explain why their using . I've had several turned down with Rna and American Amicable were Trinity takes after the client says what their using for.

SNL has really been getting mine issued fast, if clean. Uploaded one late Wednesday and it was issued Thursday morning. Now if they would just print and mail faster.
