We’ll see if antitrust issues arise. Cigna has mailed miserably in the mapd mkt . Rumors a few weeks ago they were selling there mapd business . Even combined still 1/2 the size of monster United .

FWIW . . . on occasion posts hang around but the content disappears, or the post is present but "hidden" for some odd reason.

Recently one of my posts, and one started by @DHK seem to have dropped off the radar. The company that is tending this site is aware of some issues and are trying to rectify it.
 

Cigna will sell off its Medicare business to Health Care Service Corporation in a deal valued at $3.7 billion, the company announced Wednesday.

HCSC will acquire Cigna's Medicare Advantage, Part D, supplemental benefits and CareAllies businesses, and the parties expect the deal to close in the first quarter of 2025. In addition, the Blues insurer has entered into a four-year arrangement with Cigna's Evernorth subsidiary, which will continue to provide pharmacy services to the Medicare plans should the sale close.

interesting. never heard of them though. maybe this is an attempt for HCSC to go national?
