I am curious. What's plan B if she doesn't find the policy? It's gotta feel a little awkward that she remembers to call you after all these years, but can't help her unless....

She is going to find the policy [ I can't remember ] and then I'll know the Carrier.

Commissionable? = Maybe maybe not. Has the policy been AOR'd? Some companies will pay the new writing agent regardless of who the agent is, Some will only pay the current agent, Some will only pay the original writing agent. I have learned this the hard way.

Just call the company and ask. They will know better than us.
