Why would you lie about having a QHP and pay a penalty?

If your plan meets the govt standard check off "yes" in the box and move on to the next question.

On second thought, since the government is so smart and has this new supercharged data-hub, they won't need to ask us anything. They look up your SSN when you file your tax return and then deduct the penalty from your refund if you don't have ObamaCare.

Why would they go through the extra step of asking us something they already know the answer to? Saves man-hours, paperwork, blah, blah..
