Has anyone ever dealt with these folks for landlord properties?
I had them run some quotes....the quotes were not that bad..but being that I really haven't heard of them ..but being pretty new in the business..I am sure I haven't heard of many carriers or wholesalers...etc..etc
Trinity River Financial..really doesn't have much marketing material that I can give to clients..which I don't like. But their quotes came in somewhat competitive..and they said their policy would allow an investor to pay 1 deductible for catastrophic loss if that client has more than 10 properties insured by them...but they don't have any marketing materials to show that....nor do I really know who the underlying carriers are
