Trying to Choose Between MM or NWM

I have been with Met for 5 years. I was an agency sales director for one year. Now I'm trying to choose between MM or NWM. I like both agencies. Both companies have great products. My goal is to choose the best company to go to where I have the best chance of becoming a Managing Director or managing partner or General Agent. I want to run an agency eventually. Does anyone have any advice on which company would be best for that career path.

You should try to go to the NML annual meeting in July, it could help by getting to talk to some other people across the country that have made the same or similar moves. If you would like to discuss some of the specifics about the NML contract, just send me a PM and I will discuss it with you.
