UHC Goes to 0% Commission After Jan 1st??

All of ours are gone as well. Seems UHC is getting "ghost" 834 files from HC.gov terming plans shortly after they are enrolled. Spent 2 hours working on fixing an issue for a client this am.

All ON-exchange gone... including 1 Off-exchange.
What did you do to "fix" it?

I didn't fix the site issue. I was referring to the "Ghost" 834 file supposedly received from the MP by the carrier.

My back office is still almost completely blank.
