She does get a new open enrollment. California (and maybe other states) do the 6 month OEP. Federal is the same as just T65.

I don't know how an IMO can keep up!

The PDP (RX plan) carrier will probably use IEP2 as the eligibility period enrollment code, but I would check just in case. It "is" IEP2, but what they want on the app, I wouldn't assume. Calling agent support is good if not finding in the producer guide.
