Virtual CSR

I only saw one thread (from 2017) on this.

Is anyone using a virtual CSR, and how has the experience been?

Our office has several CSRs, a customer would never see (obviously) or talk to a virtual CSR, but we need help with background work. Having trouble in this market finding help...
