I need to setup a new website and need a recommendation for a designer/hosting company preferably in Los Angeles CA area. My current hosting company is just useless. Please help!

WPLife for the website design and theme. (Don't worry it does not have to be a life insurance site.)

WPEngine for the hosting. WP Engine is more expensive, but it a managed platform.
