What Can You Do with a L&H License?

I had a conversation with a friend last week who is also a licensed life and health agent and she is considering other jobs in the insurance business... she's just not sure what options are available. So here is my question...what jobs or positions, any job whether there is availability or not in this economy, can someone do with a life and health license? Please list any and all of them if you have some ideas as this might help others out there as well. Thanks.
