What Chronic SNPs are available in your area?

I have only seen plans for Diabetes and Heart Conditions here in South Carolina. These must be the most profitable for the carrier. CMS lists 15 chronic conditiions.

Yep. I’m sure that is that way across the country. In my area, we have UHC HMO & PPO Humana HMO, Devoted HMO, Wellcare HMO & Amerigroup HMO. The most benefit-generous are UHC and Devoted. The UHC also includes CV Disorders and CHF. I think that we may have 1 or 2 for ESRD, but now all MAPDs must accept them.
The good ones know how to “mark up” these conditions to bilk the government since they are apparently more costly to insure.
If they came up with one for Alcoholism, I’d make a killing.
