Got my MIB report. Can't say if this is "typical" or not.
No PHI information. Only identifies two carriers who have made an "inquiry" in the past 2 years.
One was for a life insurance app. The other for Medicare supplement.
I never knew a Med Supp carrier used MIB. What was curious was the note says "amount applied for $99,000"
I was not applying for life, only supp.
No other useful information.
At least not to me.
