I've been with an independent agency for nearly 2 years now and love it. I've done a piss poor job tracking numbers. I see the value of tracking the numbers, but haven't made it a consistent part of my quoting/uploading process.
Stumbled on this great link and wanted to get all yalls thoughts. It seems overwhelming to try and track all of them without a CRM or similar system.
