Which Companies Offer Child Only STM?

STM seems to be a viable alternative to the complete void of "permanent" coverage for children 19 and under who are healthy (insurable) but not under a parent's or family plan for some reason (as a dependent).

Anthem does NOT.

Assurant DOES.

Anyone else?

In Colorado Kaiser & Rocky Mountain Health Plans are the only 2 carriers accepting kids....so basically no carriers that are worth the effort!

Here in Fl, if you run a quote @ the BX site a pop up window comes up telling you to call an 800 #. I can only assume they may sell a child only plan through their direct sales dept.
