Who has the best data lists?

I have found on the plus side they have a very friendly website for search and downloads and you can turn off the subscription as needed.

On the Neg side, their data is NOT real current. If you are door-knocking or cold calling their list you will find 3, 5, and up to 10 years deceased or moved names on the list. Huge time waste if you are running down addresses in person. No one could complain about 0-2 years old data, people die or move and up until about 2 years it's forgivable. But data that hasn't been updated 3+ years???? Well you know... You get what you pay for as the saying goes.
