Work Comp Risk

I'm looking for a standard carrier suggestion that would look at a risk trying to get out of alternative risk/pool.

The risk is in IL, restaurant/hospitality industry.

Any direction would be appreciated!

Why are they in the assigned risk pool?

Combination of losses and bar operations. Losses are better though.

Any potential carrier is going to want to see what they've done, or what you will do, to ensure these losses don't reoccur.

Are they in state pool because of the losses or a mixture of the losses and the bar setting?

I know First Comp(part of Markel) will write WC for social club bar exposures here in IN. May be worth checking them out. Their WC rates are usually pretty great.
