Ok, lead came into my Texas Health Insurance website yesterday wanting coverage on the dad, he was td with Humana but they approved the mom and family. Dude bought online from someone else over 6 bills a month. After discussing his options I informed him that for me to assist in his insurance I required that I had to become the AOR on the family plan. I now am and looking it over before I advise to accept. here is the issue:
I see that the humana policy has a "Peoples Benefit Alliance" membership. WTF is that? I dont sell association for humana. How did he come accross this, can i kill it off, what is it?

Disregard. I found out. They tag this on to someone who buys the preventive dental plan... which I never sell. Learn sumptin new evr day....
