Um no. In WA state we were told that if someone didn't go back in to renew and make the 1/1/2015 payment by 12/23/2014 at 4:59pm, then their health insurance ends.
They can sign up for a new policy for Feb 1st, but many won't realize it for a few months...
Myself and my employees have all contacted everyone at least 3 or 4 times by phone, email and a newsletter outlining it all..
I just hope none of the 10% or so of these Exchange clients of ours has any major health issues...just sayin
