New P&C Agent - MGAs & GAs

Good morning. I hope everyone is well. I have been in the life & health side for 20 years and am looking to branch out into the P&C market. Can anyone recommend a MGA or GA that is easy to work with for new agents? Has anyone used Superior Access before & can you tell me about the experience? Thanks, in advance & happy holidays.

AJ, choosing an MGA / Cluster is a huge huge decision.

First off you are going to need to decide if you are looking for a Cluster or an MGA because they are vastly different.

Questions to consider are:
- Do you want direct appointments?
- Where are you selling?
- Is PC going to be the main portion of your bus or the second, third
- Are you focusing on the mainstream market, affluent, non standard, etc?
- Is ease of sale or commission-able amount more important.
- Do you have experience selling PC?
