Amount of Repairs

So I got hit. Fender bender. The spot is the same spot that was previously hit and improperly repaired.

What level of repairs can I expect.

Sometimes, the second repair is better than the first. It all depends on where you take it.

Did you know it was a bad repair?

The body shop manager in me says STFU and let the insurance write an estimate for repairs.

The insurance agent in me says you should have taken this with the shop that did the last repair, of course assuming you owned the car and knew there were issues with the repair. If that's the case.....take the check if the car is driveable.
