I don't know. I checked them out and it's not what I was looking for...I don't do car ins. Just thought I'd post it in case anyone could use it.

Some states you can get a list of all the companies that have Motor Carrier Permits, since they have a MCP their insurance must be on file with the State. These lists should have carriers and effective dates listed. You won't need to pay for leads but may need to do some digging and work.
