There is a company based in Utah (Security National Life) that has the lowest rates I have seen for oxygen. They are mainly preneed, but do offer a decent FE product. Check them out, if they are available in your state they are worth looking at.
Just checked their website, they do have their FE product available.

Monumental and Americo will.
People can get coverage with MOO for 1/3 the price of these two companies. Both are a ripoff when it comes to oxygen use.

Also will take those on kidney dialysis for the 2 year ROP, too.
Yes. As long as that is the only yes question in that section then they will qualify for the GDB. (Note: All the other questions in that section are not related to COPD, emphysema, or other respiratory diseases)
