I've got an 82 year old who's daughter is looking for a policy of $5,000 to $10,000 for him. Here's the details:
-takes 1 sugar pill
-takes 1 blood pressure pill
-green card only on him living with her in Florida applying for citizenship
-D.O.B is 04/25/1930 so he's got a birthday coming real soon

I'm showing American Continental being the least expensive at $80.83 monthly for $5,000 and $158.33 for $10,000. Wish that first 8 was a 7 in the 5k quote for something like $79.83 but anyway.

My question/s are:
1) Is this the least expensive if he's healthy like she says and only takes 2 meds I've listed?
2) What about the not a citizen yet issue?

Check monumental too. They don't slash comps for ppl over 80.

Green card is good. As long as he is resident alien with SS# he is good to go.

I'm not sure he has a social security number. I didn't ask that or about resident alien. They are from Armenia. Little hard to understand her.

Mon will be higher than that. American Memorial is going to be the best rate.

I was looking at fexquotes & saw they were the cheapest... Why is that? I've replaced 2 AM policies that were a lot higher then what I could offer. Why are they cheaper here... Do I need to add them, don't remember ppl mentioning them as a top carrier?

Run the quote again, but this time change the age to 79 and see what happens.

Not to sound self serving, but it's cases like this that demonstrate the usefulness of the quote engine.

If language is going to be a problem, you may want to look at a company where a PHI is not required.

No one beats American Memorial on ages 81-85 if they qualify at preferred rates.

Commissions are pretty weak at those ages though.
