Thanks I was offered 100% first year with 4% 2nd thru 10 and thought it sounded kind of low. This is with Columbian.

Columbian is a favored carrier among IMOs that only care about spreads at the behest of carrier quality.

A direct contract with Columbian can be had with a 105% FYC with 10% or 12% renewals, either level, or for the first 5 years.
