Who to Use for SSI Direct Express DC

I have a couple of people I need to write and FE policy for who want to pay using the SSI Direct Express pre paid Debit card. I did a bit of research here and the possible candidates are:

Liberty Bankers
Assurity
Bankers Fidelity
Lincoln Heritage

I know Lincoln is not competive. I think Assurity is fairly competitive.

Can someone give me some ideas on the other 2. I need a rate sheet for TX for Libery Bankers. Can someone possible send this to me:

I would encourage them to pay by money order. I sent up 4 pre-paid debit card apps last month and none of them cleared. At least with the 1st month's premium you'll make a little something.

I think Am/Am will direct bill monthly.
