Which is the best accounting software

Quickbooks is outstanding, and I would always suggest it first, More financial institutions do this for Speed up then for Quickbooks and it is simple enough to use. It will also obtain into TurboTax at the end of the season to help you with your taxation.

are you guys using quickbook for internal use (wholesaler payment/ commission due, employee payments, expenses) or you guys are using it for external (premium checks, service fees, etc...)

I think it depends on the size and how complex your payroll / commission / receivables are. I own a couple small businesses, including an agency and Freshbooks does a great job. They are the sleeper, that no one in insurance has heard of.

Quickbook Pro is a good software. But like Xero it is too pricey. We were new in our real estate business a year ago and start with online bookkeeping software Zipbooks. Sage is another good choice.

A decent small business accounting software proves very helpful in day-to-day maintenance of inflow and outflow of accounts. It enables you to keep a fair detail of your revenues and expenses that help you in making business forecasting.

Yes, I agree with others, QuickBooks is very effective but if you still want to do a comparison then NetSuite or may be Xero can be considered.

For depth results, reviews and feedbacks are useful to judge.

I need one that lets you create your own accounts like earned and unearned revenue, and have different expense and revenue accounts in addition to the ones provided. QB online did not allow this.

You can beat Quickbook Pro is a amazing accounting software plus good price and 24 hour support. Then again if your looking to completely outsource I have try using a company called bookkeeping.com they do a great job just a little more pricey. Either way online bookkeeping is just another time waster for business owners.
