I will be meeting with a woman this week that is buying a book of business and opening a new P&C office.
What should I expect from her? As I stated in my last post, I am entering the workforce again after 5 years and previously worked at a P&C office in which I was paid an hourly wage plus bonuses.
This position is not hourly, she is offering a lot of flexibility, office space, free leads, and commission.
What would you consider a good commission for P&C?
