I'm still getting a feel for this forum and am not sure how many members on here are looking for homeowners insurance information and how many are agents who specialize in homeowners insurance?

I'm looking to pick the brains of some homeowners insurance specialists so please either shoot me a private message or introduce yourself here

Why introduce ourselves first? If you got a questions, post it and someone will answer it. This feels like you are interviewing people to offer their advice. Don't think you will get alot of people to to do it. Keep it simple and post your questions.

Helpful - I'm not sure what you are looking for. There are several agents on here who specialize in P&C. There are not many consumers on here shopping for home insurance.

If you want to 'pick brains', feel free to ask questions. Best done here, on the forum, then in secret somewhere.

i just found it weird that a thread is started by a new member and all new members response with emails that shows the company they work for.

also that when someone ask a question, its usually involves a conversation in the thread not PM.

It usually benefits everyone when the q&a is public.

other than that, i dont find agents helping agent weird. i just thought it was some type of SEO black hat trick lol.
