Feedback for New Site

Larry what do you mean? The picture on the home page?
How about navigating the inside of the site?
Are you talking about the slider on the home page? I'm looking for a REAL person and real name. Unless I'm totally blind, I didn't see your name and picture anywhere on any page. Did I miss it?

I understand what you are saying. I am not an Insurance Agent. My company is Lend.com I am looking for Agents to use the site. So I was looking for feedback from you being on the site.

From reading your homepage, I can't tell what your site is about. Your domain name suggests you give loans. Your homepage says you're a networking site. Which is it?

The information you need to be the most visible are the small hidden links at the bottom. "what is lend", "how lend works", "faq's" , "contact us" pages..... Those pages should all be more prominent to where people find them right off the bat. you might want to hack the terms & conditions page, or at least move it down later in the buying process.

you also have 4 dead links on your homepage: "consumers" at the top right, and all 3 "create" "communicate" and "collaborate". click on or hover your mouse over them and nothing happens.

hope this helps.

Yes....this. I agree.

As I said, I don't care what your company is if I can't match it to a PERSON. You're not Microsoft or Apple. Who is the PERSON behind the company? I can't make it any clearer.

If you don't want to be revealed as the person behind the company, then you will fail to connect with a substantial share of your target market.

? r u the new rip off report?

Do I have the ability to refute a potentially negative review?

After a review is posted, the financial service provider has the ability to respond, either appreciatively or critically. We are aware that, on occasion, and often because of factors outside the control of a financial service professional, a client/provider relationship goes awry. Simply by responding to a negative review, you have the ability to tell your side of the story. However, Lend will not tolerate an environment conducive to online bickering. We limit reviews to one response.

When are reviews removed from my profile?

Lend will never remove a review from a public profile. We want the consumer to be able to fully vet a financial services professional. Reviews, good or bad, live forever at Lend.

Don't like the site. Never have understood your business plan. Just really don't get it. Do you want to be Yelp? Do you want to be Angie's List? I wouldn't use Angie's List for a plumber, much less for a financial adviser. Definitely no one will go to your site to find a highly reviewed adviser. The name Lend.com infers that your site does lending. Why not build a site around payday loans or something. Your domain name is a disconnect from your stated objective. Why can't you see this?
