Guaranteed Issued Companies for NC

I need to find a company that will allow a guaranteed issues policy for a 37 yr old male in North Carolina. One of the companies I am contracted with starts at age 40. Any ideas?

I am contracted with them and they only start at age 40 in NC other states however they do offer this.

Philadelphia american is who I use primarily, no bottom on the age limit. Pm me for contracting if u need it.
