I have a number of domains that I intended to develop, but never got around to it..debating whether to just sell now or build sites..what do you think?

Unless you already have them somewhat developed, they're not going to be of much more value than getting one new. It used to matter, but not so much anymore.

Built out with unique content a keyword name will give you a boost. We have about 50 life insurance GEO names that have a first page rank on one engine but since we have dupe content they do not rank well on another engine. We are looking to either redevelop with unique content or possibly sell some of them.
