Need GI Options for 51 Year Old Male in TX

Be careful though, Dude can talk...:twitchy:

Hmmm.... Thank you for such kind remarks.....:biggrin:

Sagicor, will be a decline with weed use if the client is in TX and not medically prescribed.

Assurity would be a tobacco use, but would still be iffy in that you would be answering the illegal drug use in as a 'YES' to question 2-B of the health questions as the drug use was not prescribed by a physician.

Assurity does not have an issue if it is medically prescribed, but they might if it is illegally used.

Actually, who may take it non-med is Foresters Smart UL. They will take Recreational Use MJ with a Drug questionnaire filled out. Rated as Tobacco Use.

You should look at principal nationals's accelerated underwriting. Coverage can be secured with no exam. They reserve the right to ask for an exam, but it's the best place to shop first to do a no exam term or permanent product because it'll offer lower rates than traditional non-med term products.

If they end up asking for an exam after applying for accelerated underwriting, you could withdraw the app and move the case to assurity after.

PM me for details.
