As an underwriter I'd decline him all day, every day. Waaaaaay too much risk exposure there. Maybe punt it to reinsurance and see if anyone bites. I doubt it.

Plus, small face only. He's a newspaper reporter, low-moderate income, can be fired at a moments notice.
