Whoa, did anyone notice this in the latest from NVHL?

I. Once the payment is made, the broker/EEF will need to record the following information on an Excel template (see attached):
a. Applicant Name (First and Last)
b. Applicant Member ID#
c. Broker/EEF Name (First and Last)
d. Broker/EEF NPN#
II. That template must be sent to Nevada Health Link weekly by 5pm on Fridays to <I can't post links yet>. The information on this template will be verified against the application and your information will be provided to each carrier for any compensation (if applicable).
a. A final submission of the templates must be sent to Nevada Health Link on December 24, 2013 to ensure all January 1, 2014 health plans are appropriately verified and credited to the broker/EEF.
III. If a Primary Applicant has completed the application and received an eligibility determination without the assistance of an assister, there is no way to go back and assign the broker/EEF in the screens discussed above. The template will still need to be submitted if a broker/EEF helps an applicant pick a plan and make payment.
