AEP App Not Sent in

So I talked with an acquaintance of mine today and she tells me that she found an MAPD application that got overlooked and not sent in during AEP. This is only my 2nd season in the Advantage market but I don't there's any hope of fixing this. Correct?

As long as this wasn't an application left in the client's possession (like during pre-AEP), then the date the agent writes becomes the date that the application was "received" by Humana. Now you might get a slap on the wrist of hurting compliance timeframes since applications have to be processed in so many days per CMS guidelines. Once the agent dates it that clock is ticking.
