I have never heard of anything like this in Missouri, either. Also in MO a person has to be full dual (QMB) to get on a DSNP. A person with a spend-down would not qualify for a DSNP.

There is one plan in So Cal that is "almost" a SNP. They accept those with a share of cost and the benefits can be better than a regular MAPD. I think the only place it may still make sense is Fresno County since they zero out most costs.

But it's not any more a true SNP than any other MAPD.
