Any idea why CSG shows "outlook negative" for UCT (United Commercial Travelers)?

Any experience with them? Good or bad.

UCT was good for a while. I know they did not do well in IL after a while since they kept going up and did not come out with something better here. They pay the claims and have clients that love them. I would not sell now since we have so many choices. What is the difference between rates?

Rates here are within $5 - $10 of the best rate but the commission is killer. I normally don't get suckered into offers where the carrier is obviously buying biz but 27% level got my attention.
