Coventry pays as earned. So the answer is, depends on the carrier.

I know they pay renewals as earned, but they have never paid new enrollments as earned. Not to me anyway.

Nope.... you won't get the lump sum in Jan only the Jan commision.

Non-true-up payments are a calendar year advance for new enrollments. So 12 months for Jan. effective dates.
