USAA Medicare Supplement

That rate very well could be right based on what I've seen in Oklahoma. That's one of 2 companies we refer all dialysis patients (U65) to who are just going on Medicare. The other being AARP/UHC.

So can USAA refuse to sell a policy to someone who is GI even though they never were in the military or the family member of someone who was?

The AARP branded Med Supp can deny GI coverage to someone who doesn't have an AARP membership. So I assume if USAA has the military connection requirement for a Med Supp, then they could deny a person coverage who has no military connection.

USAA doesn't have any Military family requirement in Oklahoma. Anyone is elgible. Other states I have no clue.
