Cigna trying to sell MA business. Not producing a 4%-5% return. Hmm.
Allstate is selling Health business does this include their Newly released Medicare Supplement product line ?

I'm sure others here have worked with Cigna. To say they're not the best-run company would be putting it VERY lightly.
