Know a real estate broker who has drank the kool-aid and is going to sell term insurance over the phone for an agency. Said the leads have a 80% close ratio, which is BS. He is not licensed and the agency owner would sign the applications. Sounds like an E&O claim waiting to happen. The guy lives in FL. Is this legal?

I don't believe it is legal in Florida.

Depends on what the guy says or asks the potential client.
